Job Description We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead and elevate the sales strategy for two iconic Hunter Valley properties Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat . This is a senior leadership role based in the Hunter Valley, ideal for a commercially driven sales leader open to relocating from Sydney to one of Australia’s premier tourism and lifestyle regions. You will drive revenue across MICE, Corporate, Leisure, Health & Wellbeing, Golf, and Food & Beverage, while shaping the future success of two distinct yet complementary destinations. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute annual sales strategies in collaboration with the Cluster General Manager Oversee total account management across multiple market segments Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and conference team Build strong client relationships to drive repeat and long-term business Represent both properties at industry events and trade shows Analyse sales performance and market trends to inform strategy Partner with the Commercial Sales team to maximise exposure and revenue
